Biophysical Approach


A biophysical approach to addiction treatment is one which the individual physcially addresses the biological roots of addiction, as well as, the mental and emotional aspects of treatment. The biophysical approach to treatment handles issues such as; cravings, guilt and depression that are so common among those associated with addiction.

After weeks, months and years of dug abuse, the residue of drugs are stored in fat cells and are released back into the blood stream causing cravings and eventual use. The biophysical approach helps to eliminate such cravings as the treatment is directed at the cause physically through non-traditional methods such as implementing dry sauna therapy and light massage techinques. Then, addressing the underlying cause of cravings and drug use, give the success rate of the approach to addiction treatment much higher than traditional rehabs
